Event space can be contracted with the Sales and Events Department. All food is provided by one of our local preferred caterers. All alcohol is provided by the hotel staff.

The Bluemont Hotel has 7,000 square feet of event space. Located on the 5th floor of the hotel, our unique meeting venues also provide beautiful views of K-State University and Aggieville district.

Our main ballroom, the Hartford, seats up to 250 people for a meeting, and 200 people for a banquet. The Excel Ballroom has a capacity of 120 for meetings, or a 80 person dinner. For smaller groups, our Boardroom is on the first floor and seats 10 people. We provide tables, chairs and audiovisual equipment.

The 5th Floor also features a beautiful Rooftop Patio for socials. This outdoor space holds around 40 people. Seating and bar service is available for your event.

Our professional planning team will help you stage a memorable meeting or event. Local Preferred Caterers provide an array of food selections and will gladly customize a menu for your gathering.
