The Bluemont Hotel offers 7,000 square feet of event space. Located on the 5th floor of the hotel, our unique meeting venues also provide beautiful views of K-State University and Aggieville district.

Event space can be contracted with the Sales and Events Department. All food is provided by one of our local preferred caterers. All alcohol is provided by the hotel staff.

Our professional planning team will help you stage a memorable meeting or event. Local Preferred Caterers provide an array of food selections and will gladly customize a menu for your gathering.

Our main ballroom seats up to 250 people for a meeting, and 200 people for a banquet.

Our ballroom has a capacity of 120 for meetings, or a 80 person dinner.

For smaller groups, our boardroom is located on the first floor and seats 10 people.

The 5th Floor also features a beautiful Rooftop Patio for socials. This outdoor space holds around 40 people. Seating and bar service is available for your event.
